How long can I expect a decal to last outside on my vehicle? We use top quality, 7 years all-weather guaranteed Oracal outdoor grade vinyl for all of our decals and graphics. Fade resistant, all weatherproof, won't crack chip or peel.
Are the decals permanent? YES, they are permanent until you choose to remove them.
Are vinyl decals reusable once they have been applied to a surface? No. Removing decals will cause them to stretch and tear.
Do vinyl decals wash off? No. Car washes and pressure washers are safe on decals, but do take care when using high pressure hoses on the edges of the decal.
Will wax affect the decal? No, but when applying the wax, apply it by hand and avoid using electric buffers.
How do I apply my new decals? Detailed Directions - Clean whatever surface your applying your decal to. (window cleaner is usually fine) - Use a credit card or ID card edge to flatten the decal out on a smooth surface. - Pull back the edge of the clear application tape( all the colored vinyl pieces should stick to the clear tape)- if they don't , rub some more with the credit or ID card edge until it all sticks. - Line it up on your surface carefully - Starting on 1 side use your credit or ID card to smooth it all the way across the decal. - Work out as many bubbles as possible by rubbing gently with your card. Rub from the center of the decal outward. - When you are satisfied- gently peel the clear layer back leaving the vinyl on the surface your applying on. - Be sure all the parts stay on the surface.
Is it difficult to remove the decal? No. A decal can be removed fairly easily by applying a little heat and peeling it off. Usually the heat from a hair dryer is enough.

How do I place my order? It’s easy as A-B-C, 1-2-3! Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase. Select the product and click “ADD TO CART”. This will open a Pop-Up window that will confirm what you have just added to your cart. You can either hit “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” if you are done. When you are done shopping, go to the “CHECK OUT” section in the top of right column. Hit “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” and joyfully await your email confirmation from us!
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit Cards & Bank Transfer. Online payments are securely processed via although you do not need to have a account to order online.
How do I know if my order went through? You will receive an order confirmation notice via email when your order has been received. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your bulk, junk, or SPAM folder to be sure it hasn't been mis-routed and make sure email@example.com is on your safe senders list.
How do I check the status of my order? You can check on the status of your order by visiting the Order Tracking page. Simply type in your order number and email address to login. On the Order Tracking page, your order status, your tracking number (if available -depending on the chosen shipping method) and estimated delivery times will show up. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse.
Order Status, What do they mean? Payment Received : This status means that your order has been received by the system but that it hasn’t yet been processed by our order management team. Processing : This status means that we preparing your order. Awaiting Shipment : Your order was processed by our order management team and is currently waiting to be transferred to the courier. Shipped : This status means that your order has left our warehouse and is now in the hands of the carrier. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and along with your tracking number if available (depending on the chosen shipping method).
Shipping & Delivery
How much time needed for shipping my order? Most of the time your order ships within next day. But in some cases stuff can be shipped in 2 working days!
Can I modify my order or can I change my billing or shipping information? As we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a short period of time to make a changes. To modify an order or to change any information, simply email one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Once an order has reached the “Shipped” phase, changes cannot be made.
Do you deliver internationally? Yes we do!
What is the cost of international shipping? We ship anywhere in the world free. If you've chosen 'Shipping with tracking number' option during checkout, only a small additional international tracking number cost (+$2.79) will be added.
When will my order be delivered? Estimated transit times are as shown below. Once your order is shipped, transit time will vary depending on destination country postal service load and the customs process. Europe: 7-14 days North and South America: 14-20 days Africa: 20-25 days Australia and Oceania: 20-25 days Rest of the world: 20-25 days
